Class Schedules

*All FitCamp Classes are 60 minutes in duration and include a full warm-up and cool-down.  Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive workout clothes and sneakers.  We do have water for sale on site.  Please also bring a small hand towel and a strong appetite for working hard and having fun.
